• Open communication skills

• Optimistic attitude

• Willingness to learn

• Coffee experience not necessary but interest in coffee is valued.

• Six months to one-year commitment preferred

Specific Shift Leader Criteria include:

• Able and willing to serve alcohol (must be 21+ years of age) 

• Able and willing to give direction to student employees

• Must have a flexible schedule including availability to work a regular rotation of evening and weekend shifts.
